yahh. today right. w0ke up abit late.. didn't go and meet von ler.. so prepared ler and went out of house to meet wen.. and then took 307 t0 cck stadium.. paid the admission and went into the gym ler.. need to keep ourselves healthy mah plus must slim d0wn.. s0 did the w0rk0uts kayys. and then did fer 2-3 h0urs ler.. so we stopped and walked all the way to the don't know what place there lars.. later 0n went t0 l0t 1 there.. thus taking bus t0 t0wn..
